Katie Price has revealed she uses appearance-altering filters when posting photos on her Instagram.The 42 year old, whose boyfriend Carl Woods was recently "rushed to hospital after breaking three bones in his hand", took to her YouTube channel to make the revelation with her 300,000 subscribers. "I've just done a subject talking about young girls with filters and I said, 'Well I do use filters,'" she told her fans.The TV personality then held her phone up and put it next to her face before asking viewers if she resembled the filtered photo.
