Katie Price has dropped a huge hint that Carl Woods is set to become husband number four by declaring "I'm spending the rest of my life with him".

The former glamour girl, 42, has gone through a traumatic ordeal over the last few weeks after breaking her feet in Turkey and being wheeled in for surgery yesterday.

In a post on Instagram after the operation in London, she thanked new man Carl for going to such a huge effort to support her during the crisis.
