Katie Price has admitted looking after her disabled son Harvey has been "hard" but she's always been determined to be a "hands-on mum".

The former glamour model, 42, was a single mum to Harvey, now 18, in the years after he was born and she's insisted she's never had a full-time carer on hand to help her.

After the recent insight on a BBC documentary into her life with Harvey, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, Katie has been more open about how she deals with his condition every day.

The telly star set the record straight and told fans that she doesn't have full-time carers who look after Harvey - she does it all herself.
