The former glamour model, 42, took to social media on Friday morning and uploaded a photo of Carl flashing a big, cheesy smile, while relaxing on the sofa with his dog Sid.

His pooch also appeared to be grinning as they posed for mum-of-five Katie. She wrote: " It's Friday then.. Saturday Sunday work," alongside laughing emojis, adding: "M y handsome boys." However fans of Katie and Carl couldn't help but feel uncomfortable at his fresh set of pearly whites.
