They both underwent treatments on their teeth this week, and their bright white smiles seemed to glow in the dark as they showed them off for the camera.
Former Love Island star Carl captioned the shot: "Get on those teeth thoooo." He'd previously posted a picture of himself at the dental clinic looking nervous, but it looked like he was more than happy with the results.
