Katie Price’s fiancé Carl Woods has shared a very revealing personal snap of him staying by her side as she recovered from another cosmetic surgery in hospital.The former Love Island star took a selfie as he sat in the guest chair next to his wife-to-be lying on a bed completely wrapped up as she heals from the traumatic face lift.The 43 year old mum-of-five appeared to be sleeping but fans could see she had bruising on her face and tape on the side of her head.

She was also wrapped in a black fabric that covered her jaw. Completely straight-faced for the snap, Carl, 24, also suggested he wasn’t happy to see his loved one going under the knife once more.
