Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods' court date postponed after being charged by police

Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods has had his impending court date postponed.The car dealer and former Love Island star is set to appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court after being charged by police under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.The 33 year old was expected to attend the session this Thursday 10 March, but the case has now been postponed to Wednesday, 23 March instead.

It comes after Essex Police confirmed Woods had been charged under Section 4 following an arrest last August. It comes as Carl and Katie, 43, have been enjoying a holiday abroad in Thailand. The couple jetted across the other side of the world at the end of last month for a break from their work commitments and have been living it up in the sun soaked capital of Bangkok since.
