Katie Price's famous Mucky Mansion 'sells for less than she paid for it 10 years ago'

It appears that Katie Price's infamous Mucky Mansion didn't fetch the price tag she may have once hoped for, selling for less than her original purchase price despite the property boom.

Katie - who is currently starring in panto alongside pal Kerry Katona - snapped up the nine-bedroom estate for £1.35 million back a decade ago but has reportedly settled for a sale price of just £1.15 million, confirmed by a Rightmove public notice.

According to the Mirror, the notice states: “Mortgagees in possession are now in receipt of an offer for the sum of £1,150,000." Having faced legal eviction and declared bankrupt twice, it's been reported that Katie won't see a penny from the deal as any proceeds will go towards settling her debts.

The 46 year old star - who first found fame as a glamour model and is now currently dating Married At First Sight star JJ Slater - reportedly owes around £750,000 to the tax authorities and was booted out of her luxe pad for allegedly missing mortgage payments.
