All five of her children feature – her eldest, Harvey, Junior and Princess, who she shares with Peter Andre, and Jett and Bunny, who she shares with Kieran.However, Kieran’s rep told The Mirror: ‘Mr Hayler did not receive any communication from Channel 4 seeking his consent to sign off the children’s appearance before the airing of this week’s programme.‘One would expect protocol to be adhered to especially in light of children being filmed without consent of both parties involved, as per Channel 4’s own guidelines.’Channel 4 told Metro.co.uk: ‘The production company sought and obtained the appropriate permissions for all minors appearing in the series.’In the broadcaster’s guidelines for filming with minors, it states: ‘Ideally, both parents’ consents should be sought for the under-16’s contribution, or from those who have ‘parental responsibility’ for the under-16. ‘However, this may not always be possible or practicable.
