They opened up about their news in an interview with new! magazine, and Charles, 23, was asked about how his ex Katie, 42, might feel about it.
Asked if Katie will "have anything to say" about the news, he said: "I don't think she will. "I just want to be happy, and with Lauren's past and my past, everyone's here and doing their own thing.
