The former glamour model, 42, recalled giving birth to Jett - whom she shares with ex-husband Kieran Hayler - during an emergency caesarean in a French hospital after major complications.
Taking to Instagram, Katie shared a sweet video consisting of throwback snaps of Jett as well as her other four kids, as she wished her son a happy birthday.
