Katie Price has opened up on the ‘real reason’ for her bankruptcy after opening up on struggling with her mental health. Former glamour model Katie was declared bankrupt for the third time in November 2019 after failing to repay a debt of £3.2 million.The star is expected to attend a further bankruptcy hearing on September 14, after not attending previous court dates.

Opening up on her bankruptcy in a new interview, Katie spoke about her experience with depression and how it affected her finances.

She said: "Can I just say something? So many successful people go through bankruptcy. Mine is to do with exes. I went through a breakdown, this is how mine started - lawyers and exes, that is my bankruptcy thing.
