Katie Price has opened up on the results of her latest operation, explaining she's going after the "body of her dreams".The 42 year old, who recently shared a glimpse of her tattoo of boyfriend Carl Woods' face, took to her Instagram stories to speak directly to her 2.3million followers about getting her breasts done.
