Katie Price opens up on 'constant struggle' of raising disabled son Harvey

Katie Price has spoken candidly about the difficulties she has faced while raising her 19 year old son Harvey.The 43 year old former glamour model and reality TV star confessed it will be difficult to see him off to college, but knew it was necessary for him to gain independence.

Harvey was born with Prader-Willi syndrome and also has ADHD, autism and septo-optic dysplasia. Talking in an interview recorded prior to her alleged assault, Katie appeared on the Life, Interrupted podcast with Simon Thomas, where she spoke about how “challenging” it has been looking after Harvey.

She said: "There's lots of obstacles we go through, it's very day to day, I don't think people realise how hard it is, you even have to shout at him to get him dressed.”.
