The My Crazy Life star jetted off to Turkey on Sunday and was seen at the airport with Carl, 31, son Junior, 15, and daughter Princess, 13.
It appears Katie has left behind her youngest children, Jett, six, and Bunny, five, and eldest son Harvey, 18, who was discharged from hospital last week after 10 days in intensive care.
Now embarking on a much-needed break, Katie looked thrilled to be at the airport before boarding her flight. In an Instagram video, the former glamour model said: ‘Do you know what guys, I love my little baby and I love my man, gorgeous.’ Carl then.
