Katie Price hopes to 'launch singing career' after 'begging bosses to get on Masked Singer'

Katie Price is “desperate” to do the next series of The Masked Singer – and is even hoping it could help launch a singing career.

The 43 year old, who recently revealed that she wants to train as a paramedic, is no stranger to the microphone. And earlier this week, she was caught on camera performing a rendition of Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody whilst on holiday in Thailand.

A source has told OK! that Katie is a huge fan of the ITV singing competition, which sees famous faces battle it out with their singing talents while their identity is hidden by a mask, and has previously “begged” producers to let her on the show.
