Katie Price's defence counsel, Nicholas Hamblin, has said the star has "two different personalities", and claimed the star behaves in a completely different way in the public to her "vulnerable" personal personal self during her court hearing today. The reality TV star was handed an 18-month community order at Lewes Crown Court to carry out 170 hours of unpaid work after admitting breaching a restraining order. The 43 year old was charged with breaching a restraining order after she sent a foul-mouthed message, calling her ex husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée Michelle Penticost a "gutter s**g" in a text to him.
Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: “In my judgement, this offence was committed out of anger. The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor. “In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium-level community order.” "She has perhaps two different personalities.
One public and one personal and vulnerable. This offence is so different to the driving offence," the mum-of-five's representative told the court, also saying there is "no escape" for people in the public eye.
