Last week it was revealed that former glamour model Katie had picked up her marriage certificate after landing in the States in order to wed her 32 year old toyboy Carl.

And the 43 year old continued to add fuel to the fire as she uploaded a snap of Carl to her Instagram account alongside a gushing message.
