Katie Price has given a glimpse of her post-surgery face as she surprises fiancé Carl Woods for his birthday.The former glamour model, 43, shocked fans last month when she was pictured with bandages on her head following her latest cosmetic surgery procedure.

Now the star has offered a glimpse of the results of the surgery as she presented partner Carl with a thoughtful gift on his 33rd birthday.

In the video, which was posted on Carl's Instagram story, Katie's beau can be seen standing in a hair salon as he's surprised by a cake with a ‘happy birthday’ banner on it, which is surrounded by heart shaped chocolates and balloons.

As she briefly walks into the frame, Carl says to Katie: “Oh look!
