Harvey's grown very close with Carl since the Love Island star struck up a romance with his mum, even asking if he can call him "daddy." Carl been taking care of Katie following her brutal accident that landed her with two broken feet, and is even said to have earned the thumbs up from Katie's exes Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler.
