The new clip documents Katie, 42, and Carl's recent trip to Turkey - which was sent into chaos after the glamour icon suffered horrific injuries to both her heels after taking a tumble at a Theme Park.
After the accident she was left her with both legs in casts and in a wheelchair. Katie's latest video follows her and Carl, 31, as well as her daughter Princess, 13, and son Junior, 15, trying to enjoy the rest of their break after the terrifying accident- which Katie has since had surgery for.
