Katie Price has defended her trip to Turkey, which is currently on the red-list, for plastic surgery. The former glamour model's rep has said that the trip is considered essential as it counts as work because she will be filmed undergoing the procedure.
She jetted out to Turkey earlier this week and Katie, 43, will have to quarantine in a hotel with her fiancé Carl Woods, 32, on her return to Britain, at her own expense.
Travel to Turkey is not currently permitted unless for essential reasons, such as for work. Katie's rep said: "Katie has travelled with her fiancé to undergo a surgical procedure. "The purpose of this travel is essential in that it is for her work, she is being filmed undergoing the operation.
