But now, the mum-of-five is making headlines for a different reason as she prepares to face a crown court judge - and she's been warned she could well be jailed, writes The Mirror.Katie will appear in court this morning for sentencing after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancee Michelle Penticost.She previously pleaded not guilty to a single charge of breaching a restraining order on April 27 and requested a crown court trial.However, she changed her plea to guilty while entering a formal plea in May.Following her formal plea, Katie was warned by Judge Stephen Mooney at Lewes Crown Court that she was "at risk of going to prison".The guidelines for such an offence indicate that two years behind bars is the starting point for any punishment involving jail.However, having pleaded guilty, she is likely to be able to expect a reduced sentence - although not as much as if she had admitted the charge at the first opportunity.Katie also has a suspended sentence of 16 weeks from December 2021 hanging over her after admitting to crashing her car on September 28 2021, despite the troubled star still being banned from driving at the time.The suspended sentence -
