Katie Price has a chance of going to prison is she fails to attend her upcoming bankruptcy hearing. Katie, 43, is set to return to court in order to get out of paying off a £3.2 million debt.The star is currently away on her fourth holiday within two months with her family as she and fiancé Carl Woods took them to St Lucia.

Katie would be found in contempt of court if she fails to appear without prior notification to the judge in her case.The TV personality had been declared bankrupt in November of 2019 after failing to pay £12,000 a month to her creditors after taking out an IVA (individual voluntary arrangement).

A source at The Sun said: “Katie is due back next month – the debt is huge and it's unlikely she'll be able to pay it all back..
