Katie Price has broken her silence after reports she has been CHARGED with sending an abusive message to her ex's fiancee. The 43 year old faces court in April over the alleged breach of a restraining order.

But the troubled mum of five has shrugged off the legal trouble. In a new post, Katie has broken her social media silence. She has posted a snap of herself lounging on a beach while on holiday with partner Carl Woods.

Sussex Police said in a statement: “On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order. “Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment — breach of a restraining order.
