The reality TV star, who has admitted she was snubbed from the mega-star laden Barbie premiere in London last week, only launched her juicy new podcast The Katie Price Show on June 29, but nearly three weeks in, she continues to share new details with fans.

In the latest recording, the mum-of-five, who has long had a penchant for plastic surgery, explained the reasoning behind her latest foray under the knife. "There was nothing wrong with it [her nose], Katie, 45, shared. "But, years ago when I had it done I had it shaved - I broke my nail as well because I didn't want to take my nails off - anyway, years ago when I had it done they shaved it, and it didn't need doing then. "It was just because I was under having my boobs done at the time that I said, 'Have a go at my nose.'" The star went on to say that this time, the "real reason" she had her nose amended was because of a previous "lip lift" surgery in Turkey a couple of years ago that left her nose "wonky".

The operation involved a surgeon cutting under the former glamour model's nose to "lift" her lips, but Katie claimed the doctor "bodged it up".
