Kate Middleton wears Queen's pearl choker once borrowed by Diana to Prince Philip's funeral

It was a time to mourn and remember a much-loved family member. And as she Duchess of Cambridge chose the perfect outfit in which to supportchose clothes from her archive and teamed them with sentimental pieces of the Queen's jewellery to mourn Prince Philip at his funeral.

Captured on camera as she arrived at Windsor Castle beside her husband Prince William on Saturday, Kate could be seen wearing a four-strand pearl and diamond choker.The choker was made for Queen Elizabeth with pearls gifted to her by Japan.

Her Majesty has worn the stunning piece on a number of occasions over the years, in the 1980s and 1990s. Notably, it was also worn by Princess Diana in 1982.
