Three staff members at the London Clinic are being investigated over claims they tried to gain access to Kate Middleton's private medical records.
Scotland Yard could be called in to investigate an alleged breach of the Princess of Wales’s private medical data after she had surgery at the clinic in January.
The Mirror revealed the news, with sources claiming "up to three people" might be involved. It's said the alleged breach happened after Kate left the hospital on January 29. Accessing someone’s medical records without cause or consent can be a criminal offence. If the ICO investigations and decide that the records were looked at illegally, they can take action.
