Kate Middleton is meeting with volunteers at mental health support service, Shout. The service is based in London, and offers a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service to anyone struggling with their mental health.

After launching publicly in May 2019, Shout has hit a milestone one million conversations with those in need, sparking Kate’s visit to its offices.The charity received a founding grant from The Royal Foundation as a legacy of the Heads Together campaign.

Heads Together was spearheaded by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in a bid to “tackle stigma and change the conversation on mental health with fundraising for a series of innovative new mental health services.” During her visit, Kate, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday, will meet clinical supervisors, volunteers and fundraisers to thank them for their invaluable efforts to ensure that vital mental health support is available across the UK at any time of day or night.The mum-of-three stunned in green leopard print dress with pussycat bow detailing, paired with knee-high boots.To complete the look, Kate wrote a simple black belt and small gold earrings.

As per a press release from Kensington Palace, upon her arrival, Kate will learn how data from the conversations taking place on the Shout service can be used to provide insights on mental health in the UK.
