Prince William and Kate, the Princess of Wales both stepped out in style on Wednesday as they attended solo royal engagements just one week on from their debut visit to Wales in their new roles.
Kate carried out a solo engagement as she attended the the Royal Surrey County Hospital’s maternity unit to hear more about the the holistic support it provides to pregnant women and new mothers to ensure they receive the best possible care throughout and beyond their pregnancies.
Dressed in a chic and stylish £220 mustard dress designed by Karen Millen complete with a statement belt and pleated skirt, Kate met with staff from the unit’s Jasmine Team which helps women affected by mental health illnesses during pregnancy and the initial postnatal period.
The specialist team collaborates with local services and charities to support the 1 in 5 pregnant women who struggle with their mental health during pregnancy.
