Whether it is by issuing a statement on social media, appearing in a candid video, attending closed-door meetings about her charities or joining Prince William for a surprise visit, Catherine has continued to focus on her work whenever possible.

This was seen again recently when the Princess sent a message of support in connection with Baby Loss Awareness Week. In a note on X (formally Twitter) which was signed off with 'C' to show the Princess wrote it herself, she said: “Baby Loss Awareness Week is such an important moment to support those who have experienced the devastation of baby loss.

Sending love, strength and hope to anyone affected.” This approach to royal communications has become popular with fans of the Royal Family in recent years, as a former royal expert praises the Princess' decisions to share such personal messages. "This is such an effective and modern way of using her influence and staying in touch, even when she is not making personal appearances," former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond exclusively told OK! "Official statements from the Palace now seem quite stuffy and extremely formal by comparison.
