Kate Middleton sent Royal fans into a frenzy on Wednesday (13 November) when Kensington Palace announced her return to this year's Christmas Carol concert.The Princess of Wales will host her annual festive carol concert in early December, with the service reflecting on "how much we need each other, especially in the most difficult times of our lives".

Kate, who is recovering from cancer, is pushing ahead with her televised event at Westminster Abbey on Friday, 6th December, Kensington Palace has announced.The Palace revealed that the future Queen wanted the service's theme to celebrate those supporting others in need, emphasising the importance of love and empathy.

Royal enthusiasts were overjoyed when a short video accompanying the announcement was posted on the official social media accounts of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

Many thanked Kate for bringing back her Christmas Carol concert, while others expressed their excitement for the key Royal event. "So excited!
