All eyes were on Kate Middleton as she appeared at the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, looked sensational in a white Alexander McQueen coat dress that she paired with a Philip Treacy hat.

She completed her look with some stunning jewels from Princess Diana’s collection.The diamond and sapphire earrings Kate wore came with a matching necklace that she also sported at the event.The jewellery is believed to have been a present from Prince William before their wedding that took place in April 2011.The late Princess of Wales visited Ottawa in 1983 alongside Prince Charles and sported the glistening jewels with a pearl choker.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s children – Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 7, and four year old Prince Louis – looked adorable as they took part in their first carriage procession as celebrations marking the Queen’s 70-year reign began.The three children were all dressed in a light blue, navy and white colour scheme and took note from their mother as they were also pictured waving at crowds of onlookers.This isn’t the first time Kate has paid tribute to Princess Diana.
