Kate Middleton was forced to stay in England as members of the Royal family rushed to the Queen's deathbed in an attempt to prevent Meghan from travelling to Aberdeenshire, it has been claimed.Fresh details have emerged over the late Queen's death in September and Kate's "built-up resentment" has been revealed.
