Kate Middleton looked flawless as she donned an elegant cream knitted two-piece outfit for a Royal trip to the Midlands. The Princess of Wales, 41, ditched the business chic power suits she has opted for on recent engagements in favour of the stunning £110 top from one of her favourite brands, Sezane, along with a matching skirt.The popular princess teamed the outfit with camel pumps, a pair of teardrop pearl earrings and a £365 1950s-inspired Tusting bag in taupe for Wednesday’s visit to Nottingham Trent University in the East Midlands.

During the engagement, Kate was expected to chat to students about how they manage their wellbeing as part of her week’s work to mark World Mental Health Day, which was on Tuesday.

She was greeted with cheers as she arrived at the university, where she was expected to attend a freshers fair-style exhibition to learn more about how mental health was supported at the institution.

The princess was set to learn about the universities' peer-to-peer support system while chatting to students about how the mentoring programme works.
