Kate Middleton and Prince William led the royal family at Royal Ascot today. Kate looked incredible for her first day at Royal Ascot this year as she donned a black and white polka dot dress with a high neck and long sleeves.
She wore a large brimmed black hat with white floral detailing on it and accessorised with dazzling silver earrings. The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, beamed as she arrived in the royal procession alongside husband William.
Kate's stunning dress looked very similar to one worn by her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, at Royal Ascot in 1988. The Duke of Cambridge, 39, looped dapper in a black suit that he complimented with a blue tie and black hat.
The pair were all smiles at the event as they waved from their carriage to onlookers. The royal pair aren't the first from the family to grace this year's Ascot and earlier in the week Prince William's cousin Princess Beatrice was joined by husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi at the event.
