Just like his father and uncle before him, Prince George was born at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington.The day after he was born, the little prince made his public debut in his parents arms in front of the world's media.The couple happily chatted to the crowds and revealed everything from how George had a "good set of lungs" to how he already had more hair than Prince William.

One of the most memorable moments of the appearance was the slick way Prince William strapped his baby son's car seat into the car before driving his family home to Kensington Palace.

The moment went off without a hitch - thanks to a cleverly devised plan which was later revealed by Kate on Giovanna Fletcher's podcast Happy Mum, Happy Baby.

While all eyes were on the new baby, Prince William managed to attract a lot of attention for the effortless way that he clipped the car seat in before driving his family the short distance to their home.
