mirror.co.ukKate Lawler has spoken out after she was trolled on Mother's Day for sharing a snap of her dogs. The Big Brother 2002 winner, 40, welcomed daughter Noa with fiancé Martin (nicknamed Boj) last month.
Kate has recently went on a third hospital visit with her daughter earlier this month after little baby Noa had "a rough 24 hours".
Little Noa had previously been admitted to hospital due to a finger infection and before that for breathing issues. On Mother's Day on Sunday she posted a snap of her two dogs Baxter and Shirley, however, it seems some of the responses have been rather nasty.
