From a hospital bed, the star confided in fans she was feeling "exhausted" and "just wanted to go home" following the third emergency trip.
Emotional Kate revealed she was staying at Whittington Health NHS trust with her newborn. She wrote: "Another trip to A&E and an overnight stay in hospital.
3 times in 3 weeks. "I'm exhausted and I just want to go home. Poor Noa has had a rough 24 hours but is on the mend and in 48 hours we'll know for sure everything is okay." Her updated was accompanied with a selfie of herself in a hospital bed and gown.
