Kate recently told the Mirror that the surgery left her in so much pain she couldn't even pick her baby up. But now that she's fully recovered, the blonde beauty posed for a beautiful picture with her firstborn. "Baby boy," she wrote alongside the image which saw him resting on her shoulder as she snapped the picture in the mirror.
