The 29-year-old former TOWIE star, who is pregnant with ex-England football captain Rio Ferdinand's fourth child, was attacked on social media after she said that his first three children were "family" as she brings them up as if they were her own.
She labelled the trolls "narrow minded" and "sad" as she replied to comments made on her Instagram post. As the country headed towards lockdown, the former reality star shared a throwback photo from the summer when she joined Rio and the kids for a sunshine holiday.
