She has been extremely open with her fans about her journey following the birth of her son, taking to Instagram to show the realities of being a mum.
Kate explained: “There are so many things about motherhood that no one tells you. I’d had the baby and I was in this whirlwind of emotion. “My body was not the body I recognised.
