Kate Ferdinand says having another baby was a 'worry for everyone' as she opens up about 'mum guilt'
ok.co.ukKate Ferdinand gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 10 months ago, but she has told how the decision to have a second child with husband Rio wasn't an easy one.The 32 year old former TOWIE star and the former soccer star also share a three year old son Cree and Kate is step mum to Rio's three kids Lorenz, 17, Tate, 15, and Tia, 12, who he had with his late wife Rebecca Ellison, who died from breast cancer in 2015.
And while they were over the moon to welcome baby Shae last July, Kate and Rio were a bit apprehensive about adding to their brood.
She said: "It's always a bit of a worry for everyone in the family, even me and Rio. It affects everyone, because a new baby in the house changes the dynamic.
But like anything in life, everyone just adapts. You get used to it and you find your space." Kate admitted life with five children can be a challenge, adding: "It's mental.
