Kate and former footballer Rio welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Cree, on December 16, adding to their already busy household with kids Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine.
Kate, 29, is in a bubble of love with her happy family, but admits she struggled after her C-section. The former TOWIE star opened up about Cree's birth when she posed up for a picture 11 days later, cradling him in her arms while revealing the bruises covering her legs.
