Mum-to-be and fitness fanatic Kate Ferdinand has dished out some fresh workout inspo as she shares her tips and tricks to stay fit when pregnant.
Kate, 29 and football legend hubby Rio, 41, are expecting their first child together in December. And as Kate's bump grows, fans are desperate to know what she's doing to keep up with her famously tough workouts.
Hosting a Q&A on Instagram, one fan pleaded for pregnancy workout advice. Kate replied: "Yes I have still been training...although at a very different pace to pre-pregnancy! "I've been trying to do 3 sessions a week, Pilates and some pre-natal gym sessions. "I normally do a lot of walking and this is something I'm really missing, since my back has got worse I can really only for 15/20
