Kate is already a step-mother to Rio's three children from his marriage to his first wife, Rebecca Ellison, who passed away in 2015.
Now, the expectant mother has taken to her social media accounts to speak honestly about her pregnancy - warts and all! Writing on Instagram, Kate wrote a lengthy post on how she is finding her new way of life whilst in lockdown, whilst sharing images of herself working out while pregnant.
