New mum Kate Ferdinand has candidly opened up about the struggles of being a first-time mum. Kate and footie pundit husband Rio Ferdinand welcomed son Cree just before Christmas, her first child and his fourth.
Kate was lauded throughout her pregnancy for her honesty about ups and downs of carrying a child, and now she's told that she struggled for weeks after.
