Kate Ferdinand showed how far her pregnancy has progressed in a glamorous pic in which she cradles her growing baby bump. The 29-year-old former TOWIE star told her followers that while she was looking fabulous in the photo, it was betraying a painful truth as her stilettos took their toll by the end of the evening.

The former reality star, who is married to ex-England football captain Rio Ferdinand, complained that she had swollen feet by the time she retired to bed, as she reaches the business end of her pregnancy.

Wearing a pale green silk slip dress, Kate showed that she is full of elegance as she expects her first child with Rio but she told fans not to be be "fooled" by her sunshine snap.
