The 29-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star welcomed son Cree, her first with husband Rio Ferdinand, last December and has said that she has found it difficult to admit in public her choices for fear of the backlash she might face.
The reality star shared a sweet snap of her bottle feeding Cree in an Instagram post on Wednesday and revealed why she has chosen to not breastfeed her baby.
Kate posted a lengthy caption alongside the photo, in which she explained why she found it hard to share her decision with her followers.
