The lease for Karen's Diner, which opened in Prestwich in 2022, was listed on Rightmove prompting questions about its future.
But the owner of the restaurant, which is part of a chain that started in Australia, has said that the company has 'no intention' of closing its Bury New Road branch.
A spokesperson for Karen's Diner told the Manchester Evening News its lease has been renewed. He said the property was advertised after the original tenancy agreement ended.
